My practice is focused on helping you gain greater self understanding and insight into your values, goals, and life stories. Using a strengths based, culturally responsive, and compassionate approach, we will collaborate to find a new way forward and empower you with the skills to move towards the life you are longing for.

I take an integrated approach by blending evidence based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities focus on skill development, behavior change, and goal setting. I blend this with a narrative, somatic and family systems framework to help you connect with the stories, patterns and wisdom within your whole self.

I specialize in adolescence and early adulthood by working with young people and oftentimes their families to guide them through this challenging and formative life stage.

I work with young adults and young professionals who are managing anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship issues.

I have over 10 years of experience working with social, emotional and behavioral challenges in the education system, both in traditional and experiential settings. I am a trained yoga teacher, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and artist, which informs my work as a therapist.
